Football matches in Ghent

The catalog club is Gent, and the club pages place it in the Planet Group Arena. The shuttle page says De Lijn buses have not been enough on match days since the start of 2024, so the club runs its own service. From two hours before kickoff one bus shuttles between Gent-Zuid and the arena. The Gent-Zuid stop is on Graaf van Vlaanderenplein at number 24. The last bus leaves there 30 minutes before kickoff, and the return runs until one hour after the end of regular time, even if there is extra time. A second shuttle starts at Land van Rodelaan 17, 9050 Gentbrugge, with parking under the E17 viaduct (207 spaces) and at P+R Arsenaal (280 spaces). The page puts three buses on that run unless it announces otherwise. The notice of 12 August 2024 opens entrance C two hours before kickoff and the other entrances one and a half hours before. If a weekday match kicks off before 19.00, every entrance and the car parks open only one and a half hours before. The counter page puts ticketing to the left of the main entrance, through the fan shop, and points parking to car park A. Regular home matches usually go on sale four to five weeks ahead, online at tickets.kaagent.be at the same time as the windows. Each ticket is assigned to the person who will enter. The fan-shop contact page prints the collection address as Ottergemsesteenweg Zuid 808, 900 Gent, inside the Planet Group Arena.

Plan a visit in the city

Confirm first that the fixture is a Gent home match at the Planet Group Arena, then use the shuttle page instead of an ordinary De Lijn plan. For Gent-Zuid the meeting point is on Graaf van Vlaanderenplein by number 24, with the last departure 30 minutes before kickoff. For a car, the second meeting point is Land van Rodelaan 17 in Gentbrugge. The windows sit to the left of the main entrance and follow the counter page. On a weekend, ticketbooth D opens two hours before kickoff. On a weekday the windows run from 11.30 until kickoff. The same page warns that windows may stay closed on a risk match. Entrance C is the early gate in the 12 August 2024 notice, unless a weekday kickoff is before 19.00. The fan shop prints the street address as Ottergemsesteenweg Zuid 808, 900 Gent, in those exact figures.

What to distinguish in this travel scope

Shuttles from Gent-Zuid and Gentbrugge

The shuttle page has run a club bus since the start of 2024 because De Lijn no longer covers match days. One vehicle runs from two hours before every home match between Gent-Zuid and the Planet Group Arena and holds 90 people. The last departure at Graaf van Vlaanderenplein, by house number 24, is 30 minutes before kickoff. The return lasts until one hour after the end of regular time. The second shuttle starts at Land van Rodelaan 17, 9050 Gentbrugge. There the page names 207 spaces under the E17 viaduct and 280 spaces at P+R Arsenaal, with three buses unless something else is announced. If a weekday match kicks off before 20.00, the start of either service can change.

Entrance C and the windows

The notice of 12 August 2024 opens entrance C two hours before kickoff and the other entrances one and a half hours before. Anyone with a valid season card or ticket may use entrance C until their own gate opens. On a weekday with kickoff before 19.00, every entrance and the car parks open only one and a half hours before. The counter page puts ticketing to the left of the main entrance, inside the fan shop, and names car park A. Tuesday and Thursday the windows run from 11.30 to 14.00, Wednesday and Friday from 11.30 to 18.00. Saturday is 10.00 to 13.00 only when there is a weekend home match. Monday is closed, and Sunday is closed except on a match day.

Named tickets and number 808

The counter page usually starts sales for regular home matches four to five weeks ahead, online at tickets.kaagent.be in parallel with the windows. Each ticket has to belong to the person who enters the ground. A Buffalo account can add up to four further tickets, each in its own name. One answer lets children under 16 leave the email empty, while another answer puts that line at under 14. The form shown during the purchase is the one to follow. The fan-shop page names the collection point as the Planet Group Arena, Ottergemsesteenweg Zuid 808, 900 Gent. With no match it opens on Monday from 11.30 to 13.30, and on match days from two hours before kickoff until one hour after.
