Hosting and technical delivery

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages including a Pages Function. When you access the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data. This may include the IP address, time, requested URL including the limited search parameters, browser and device information, referrer and response status. The purposes are secure and stable delivery and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

Recipients and transfers

Cloudflare receives data as the hosting and functions provider. Processing outside the European Union cannot be excluded. Cloudflare describes its safeguards and transfer mechanisms in the Data Processing Addendum at https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/.

Retention

MatchVisit does not store requests or search parameters in its own database. Cloudflare processes technical data only for as long as required for delivery, security, troubleshooting and legal obligations. The determining criteria are purpose, security requirements and contractual or legal retention duties.

Cookies and audience measurement

MatchVisit does not use first-party analytics or marketing cookies. Project Manager Analytics session identifiers remain in memory and are not stored in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Depending on required security measures, Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies. Cloudflare publishes information at https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies/.

Extended usage analytics

Project Manager Analytics loads automatically on public pages. The website offers no consent selection or PM settings control. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control do not prevent collection. A Cloudflare Worker processes page views, technical performance, active time, scroll depth, limited click and form-submission events without form contents, and cleaned browser errors. Data may include normalized page paths, cleaned referrers, explicitly allowed campaign fields, and screen, browser, device and approximate location attributes. Search text and entered form values are not collected as content. Private paths and sensitive URL parameters are excluded. A random session identifier exists only in browser memory. Cloudflare processes the connection address and a bounded user-agent value to derive a page- and day-specific HMAC value. Raw IP addresses and user agents are not stored in the D1 database. The D1 database is configured for EU storage, while the Cloudflare Worker may run globally. Processing exclusively in Europe is therefore not promised. Raw events are deleted after no more than 365 days; daily aggregates remain stored indefinitely. External ticket links

When you open an external ticket link, you leave MatchVisit. The respective provider is responsible for subsequent data processing. MatchVisit currently receives no booking, inventory or affiliate data.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
