The walk from the station takes about 25 to 30 minutes. The Nærumbane between Jægersborg and Nærum stops at Lyngby Lokalstation, about 500 metres from the ground, and it meets the S-train network at Jægersborg. Bus 353 is the alternative from the local station. Buses 300S, toward Ishøj or Nærum, and 353, toward Lyngby Station or Helsingør Station, stop at Lyngby Svømmehal right by the driveway. Buses 182 and 183 stop at Sorgenfrigårdsvej and Nørregade, close to the stadium.
