Football matches in Kortrijk
The catalog club is Kortrijk. The club writes its own ground as the Guldensporenstadion and puts the home windows on Moorseelsetraat 111b. They open one and a half hours before the start. Visiting supporters buy at the window on Meensesteenweg, and the gates open one and a half hours before as well. The GPS address given for visitors is Guldensporenstadion, Meensesteenweg 84a, 8500 Kortrijk. The same page tells visitors not to follow a satnav, because from the E17 it sends them through the centre instead of along the required road. From Ghent that road is the E17, exit 2 Kortrijk-Zuid, then the R8 to exit 11 Bissegem and right toward Kortrijk. From Bruges on the E403 the Kortrijk-Gullegem exit must not be taken. Drivers continue to exit 5 Wevelgem-Bissegem and then turn right toward Bissegem. Away coaches loop the Euroshop roundabout, drop passengers at the visitor entrance and park behind stand 4, or on the opposite side up to the railway bridge if that strip is full. Private cars park from the railway bridge toward Bissegem. There is a parking ban in front of the stadium. Lokale Politie Vlas directs traffic on the spot. On some ordinary-risk matches that ban can be lifted, and the visiting coordinator is told when that happens. The stewards' coach stands in front of BMW garage Monserez, on the Guldensporenstadion side.
Kortrijk at a glance
The page keeps to catalog rows whose city string is exactly Kortrijk. A surrounding municipality is not silently added.

Plan a visit in the city
Decide first whether a Kortrijk ticket is a home ticket or a visitor ticket before switching on a satnav. Home tickets are at the windows on Moorseelsetraat 111b, one and a half hours before the start. Visitor tickets and the only away entrance described on the page are on Meensesteenweg. The GPS line Meensesteenweg 84a is explicitly not the driving instruction. From Ghent stay with exit 2, the R8 and exit 11 Bissegem. From Bruges skip the Kortrijk-Gullegem exit and use exit 5 Wevelgem-Bissegem. Coaches drop at the visitor entrance and park behind stand 4. Cars wait from the railway bridge toward Bissegem, not in front of the ground, unless the page's exception for that match has been passed to the visiting coordinator.
What to distinguish in this travel scope
Two windows, two streets
For every home match, tickets can also be bought at the windows of the Guldensporenstadion. Those windows are on Moorseelsetraat 111b and open one and a half hours before the start. Visiting supporters buy at the window on Meensesteenweg. That window and the gates open one and a half hours before the start as well. The page therefore separates the home approach from the away approach at the street, not only inside a block.

Do not follow the satnav off the E17
The page prints the GPS address Guldensporenstadion, Meensesteenweg 84a, 8500 Kortrijk, and warns in the same breath. Satnav sends visitors off the E17 through the centre, the zone it calls the Kortrijkse zone, instead of along the compulsory road. From Ghent the required sequence is exit 2 Kortrijk-Zuid, the R8 toward Kortrijk-West and exit 11 Bissegem, then right to the ground. From Bruges on the E403 the Kortrijk-Gullegem exit is forbidden. The correct exit is 5 Wevelgem-Bissegem, then right toward Bissegem.

Euroshop, stand 4 and the railway bridge
Away coaches coming from Bissegem loop the roundabout by Euroshop and come back. They stop at the visitor entrance. Motorcycle police then line them up behind stand 4, from point 1.4 back to the visitor entrance at point 3.4. If that strip is full, the rest go to the far side of Meensesteenweg as far as the railway bridge. Private cars park from that bridge toward Bissegem. There is a parking ban in front of the stadium, and Lokale Politie Vlas directs people on the spot. The away stewards' coach stands in front of BMW garage Monserez. On an ordinary-risk match the ban can be dropped, and cars may then stay behind stand 4 on the Blekerij side.
