AIL Arena stadium tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• The club page names, among other stops, Bordocampo, Mixed Zone, Press Conference Room, Business Lounge, Premium Lounge, Curva, welcome areas and the Official Store. The route can change with training, events and the fixture list. Access to first-team areas is not guaranteed. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot. The visit lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
• The language is Italian, with other languages on request. At most 30 people. Private dates or groups over 30 go to hospitality@fclugano.com. That is not the public tour product. The opening-weekend self tour is over.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is https://fclugano.com/ail-arena-tours. The club page points to 3cket. 3cket is not the MatchVisit button. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places.
• The opening weekend at the end of May 2026 is not a live product. The virtual stadium map and the 360 walk do not replace the guided visit. Hospitality, meetings and FC Lugano On Tour are other routes. The tour does not run through the match-ticket shop.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• AIL Arena sits in the Cornaredo area, a few minutes from the centre. The arrival page names a walk of about 30 minutes via Via Ciani 67. TPL lines 4, 6 and 7 run daily. The meeting point for the visit is Biglietteria 1. That is not remaining stock.
• On matchday the gates open 90 minutes before kick-off. Ticino public transport on the match ticket applies to match visits, not automatically to tour days. Recheck the live page before you book.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee for the visit. Matchday accessible seats are named in the stadium FAQ via ticketing@fclugano.com. That applies to match visits, not automatically to the tour. Do not claim a fully accessible tour. Confirm needs on the club page.
