Allianz Arena stadium tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• The product page lists the middle tier of the Südkurve, the lower main stand, the press-conference area, changing rooms, the players' tunnel, pitch perimeter and dugouts, an explanation of the façade, then the museum. Individual stops can close at short notice.
• The Arena Tour itself is described as about 60 minutes with a guide, plus museum time. The tour is offered in German and English.

Booking and arrival

• The operator says only an advance booking in the official ticket shop guarantees a place. On many days there is no on-the-day purchase for the Arena Tour.
• Arrive 15 minutes before the start at the waiting area, in most cases Paulaner Fantreff North. If you are late, the tour ticket is forfeited.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• On non-matchdays the product page places tours roughly between 10:00 and 17:30. The museum is described as 10:00 to 18:00 Monday to Sunday, last entry 17:15.
• Most tours run daily, not on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Use the live museum or arena page for the exact closed days. The matchday tour is only bookable with a valid ticket for that same matchday. It is not the ordinary Arena Tour.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The operator says the ordinary Arena Tour is not barrier-free. There is a separate Disabled Tour for wheelchairs and reduced mobility. Children under 14 need an adult. Buggies cannot go on the tours. Pets are not allowed.
