Allianz Stadion Vienna stadium tour, visit planning
Check the official tour route for Allianz Stadion Vienna and plan your visit with sourced guidance on the experience, arrival and stadium operations.
What to expect
SK Rapid currently sells public tours of the Rapideum club museum and Allianz Stadion in Vienna-Hütteldorf. That is a stadium visit, not a match ticket. The catalog stadium name remains Allianz Stadion (Vienna). Club copy writes Allianz Stadion and also Weststadion. This is not Allianz Arena in Munich, not Allianz Stadium in Turin and not Allianz Riviera in Nice.
Sourced elements
- The open combined tour lasts 90 minutes. 45 minutes in the Rapideum, 45 minutes in the stadium. The stadium itself can be visited only on a pre-booked guided tour. A visit without a guide is not offered.
- Which rooms are walkable depends on the day and can change from tour to tour. The Rapideum can also be visited without a guide. A dressing-room or pitch stop is not promised for every open tour.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is skrapid.at/stadion/stadiontour. Museum copy sits at skrapid.at/stadion/rapideum. Open tours are sold through the club-named ticket shop and at the Fancorner. On 7 September 2026 that shop sat behind Queue-it. MatchVisit links the club page, not the waiting room.
- Groups request a preferred date by email to museum@skrapid.com. There is no stadium tour on UEFA matchdays or two to three days before. If international guests are present, the open tour runs in German and English. The matchday tour is a matchday variant, not a substitute for a match ticket. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- On 7 September 2026 the club page listed the next open tour as Friday 25 September, 16:00 to 17:30. Further dates are released on an ongoing basis. That is not remaining stock. Recheck the live list on the club hub.
- The address is Gerhard-Hanappi-Platz 1, 1140 Vienna. The Rapideum is inside Allianz Stadion, a few steps from the dressing room. Tickets for the unguided museum visit are sold at the Fancorner beside the main entrance to the stadium tube. Fancorner and museum are open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 18:00. On Sunday and public-holiday matchdays the museum usually opens three hours before kick-off.
- According to the club, the U4 runs to terminus Hütteldorf, S-Bahn and regional trains to Hütteldorf station, and tram 49 to Deutschordenstraße. The locations page also names tram 52 at that stop. That is not automatically a tour-day traffic rule.
Accessibility and individual planning
- The tour page says stadium and museum tours are possible without barriers. It does not name a specific wheelchair route. Dementia-friendly museum tours (about 45 minutes) can be booked on request via museum@skrapid.com. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot.
