Allianz Stadium stadium tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• The standard card includes the guided stadium visit at the booked time and a free-flow museum visit during opening hours. The FAQ names hospitality rooms, locker rooms, the Media Area and the pitch.
• There is no stadium ticket without the museum. An Exclusive Tour with a private guide is a different product.

Booking and arrival

• Book the stadium visit online on the Juventus site. The museum ticket office only sells leftover places. A ticket needs a visit date.
• The tour starts at the booked time. The FAQ does not allow leaving the stadium tour early. The regulations exclude refunds and use on a different slot.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The product page lists museum hours on weekdays and at weekends. The ticket office closes one hour earlier. On matchdays the Matchday Tour is the stadium product. The museum stays reachable and is not inside the bowl.
• Tours are in Italian. Paid audio guides are at the ticket office while stocks last. Dressing rooms and pitch can drop out for works, events or after matches. Recheck the live product note.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The club says the museum has no architectural barriers, with Braille and sign-language video. The standard Allianz Stadium Tour is not suitable for non-ambulatory visitors or people with walking impairments, and not for strollers, because of long walkways, ramps and stairs.
• Dedicated tours run twice a month. Book them via museum@juventus.com.
