Sourced elements

• The club page names the pitch, the players' tunnel and VIP areas, plus a look into the Fanwelt. The English hub also names the Schwadbud, the press-conference room and pitchside.
• There is also a legends tour with Rüdiger Vollborn (about three hours, minimum age 14), a 45-minute matchday tour and individual tours from eight people. The matchday tour is a stadium visit on a matchday, not a substitute for a match ticket.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is bayer04.de/en-us/page/bayarena/bayarena-tours. The linked fanshop sat behind a Staytuned waiting room on 7 September 2026. Keep the editorial hub as the MatchVisit button.
• Individual tours are available from eight people in German, English, Spanish and Dutch according to the English hub.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The address is BayArena, Bismarckstraße 122-124, 51373 Leverkusen. Fanwelt is on the south side of the BayArena. The club says BayArena tours also take place there.
• On non-matchdays the directions page names free parking under the Stelze. The hub does not print a fixed tour timetable. Fanwelt opening hours are shop hours, not a tour timetable.

Accessibility and individual planning

• For Fanwelt the club names a lift at south reception, a few metres behind the main entrance, for wheelchair users and prams. The freely reachable hub does not say whether every public stadium tour is barrier-free.
