• The product page lists a panoramic view, a guided visit and a flexible museum ticket with audio guide. The route uses reserved access into the first-tier seating area and returns along the same path. It is not a classic circuit through dressing rooms and the players' tunnel.
• The separate Barça Immersive Tour combines the museum, a digital audio guide and the Construction Viewpoint. The viewpoint looks over the building works and does not replace the panoramic stadium visit.

Booking and arrival

• Use FC Barcelona's official Tours and Museum area. MatchVisit does not confirm a time or show remaining tickets.
• For the Spotify Camp Nou Experience, the club requires arrival at Access 15 15 minutes before the booked time. If you arrive late, the club says that Experience cannot take place, while the museum visit remains possible.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• Spotify Camp Nou is being rebuilt, so usual entrances can change. Do not plan the visit as a tour of a finished renovated stadium, and recheck the current product page before travelling.
• The opening hours and one-hour duration shown on the practical-information page apply to the Barça Immersive Tour museum. They are not a duration for the Spotify Camp Nou Experience.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The main Spotify Camp Nou Experience route reaches the panoramic-view area. The second section includes stairs and is not accessible for wheelchair users according to the club. A designated panoramic-view area is available.
• The club describes the Barça Immersive Tour as step-free and usable for wheelchair users. It names two loan wheelchairs and permits assistance dogs. The 360-degree room is not recommended for people with epilepsy or photosensitivity.
