Craven Cottage stadium tour, visit planning

Check the official tour route for Craven Cottage and plan your visit with sourced guidance on the experience, arrival and stadium operations.

What to expect

Fulham sells guided Craven Cottage Tours. They do not run on home match days. The visit is not a match ticket. Pitch Viewings and Legends Tours are separate products.

Sourced elements

  • The current product page names the home dressing room, press box, players' tunnel, pitchside, Craven Cottage and balcony, and the Johnny Haynes Stand, if stadium operations allow it.
  • Plan about 75 minutes. The product page takes precedence over an older FAQ that says one hour.

Booking and arrival

  • Use the official product page. Online booking needs a OneFulham account. Without that account, phone 0203 841 9057 or book in person. MatchVisit does not make a booking.
  • The product page names the Riverside Ticket Office at Bishops Park. An older FAQ and a July 2026 news post still name Stevenage Road. Recheck the meeting point on the product page.

Stadium operations and matchdays

  • No tours on home match days, Christmas Day or New Year's Day. Days around home games can be restricted. Recheck the date on the product page.

Accessibility and individual planning

  • Large parts of the ground date from 1905, with many steps and no lift in some areas. Email tours@fulhamfc.com in advance for wheelchair or other access needs.
