What to expect
FC Twente currently sells stadium visits at De Grolsch Veste in Enschede. Inlooptours are for 1 to 10 people. Groups from 10 people use a Groepsarrangement. It is not a match ticket.
Sourced elements
- The Dutch hub names the dressing room and the players' tunnel. The club says the tour lasts about 90 minutes, with a possible 30-minute overrun. A self-guided FC Twente Museum visit during Fanstore hours is part of the product copy. The museum page currently says the museum is closed for maintenance.
- Named rooms can drop out during stadium events. The club says entering stands and stairs is at your own risk.
Booking and arrival
- Book only through https://fctwente.nl/de-grolsch-veste/rondleidingen and the Inlooptours or Stadiontours pages. For inlooptours the club places visitors into a larger group. After an inlooptour request the club says you receive email confirmation within two working days. Without that mail the reservation is not in order. The club names meetingsenevents@fctwente.nl.
- If fewer than 10 people take part, the inlooptour does not go ahead. The club says it will tell you in time. The shop kaartverkoop.fctwente.nl is the match-ticket shop, not the stadium visit.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- Groups from 10 people can request a weekday slot between 09:00 and 17:00. The club says there are no stadium tours on matchdays. English and German on the group form depend on guide availability.
- The live inlooptours card on 7 September 2026 named Friday 16 October, 15:00 to 16:30. Recheck the Dutch inlooptours page for the current list. The English paths are not a reliable translation.
- On non-matchdays the club says parking at De Grolsch Veste is free, unless an event occupies the spaces. The visit address is Colosseum 65, 7521 PP Enschede. Enschede Kennispark station is directly opposite. Stadium offices are open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. The Fanstore is open Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 17:00, with different matchday hours.
Accessibility and individual planning
- The inlooptour and group forms ask whether wheelchair users take part. The retrieved tour pages do not describe a wheelchair-specific route. That is not a promise of a fully accessible visit. Lift and platform copy on the visitor-information page is for match visits. Ask meetingsenevents@fctwente.nl rather than inventing tour access.
