Deutsche Bank Park stadium tour, visit planning
Check the official tour route for Deutsche Bank Park and plan your visit with sourced guidance on the experience, arrival and stadium operations.
What to expect
The Eintracht Frankfurt Museum currently offers public guided visits through the museum and Deutsche Bank Park. It is a stadium visit. It is not a match ticket.
Sourced elements
- The current programme card 90 Minuten Eintracht starts in the museum and then continues into the stadium. Named stops include the mixed zone, dressing room, pitch edge or press tribune.
- Eine Nacht im Museum/Stadion also goes through the catacombs, boxes, press tribune and the players' tunnel to the pitch edge. The VR tour remains a museum and stadium visit. Headsets are used only at selected points.
Booking and arrival
- Public dates are listed on the museum programme page. The retrieved museum pages do not name a public web shop for the on-site tours.
- For groups the museum names email and telephone. The matchday tour is described only for people who already hold a home-match ticket.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- The museum is in the main stand. Tuesday to Sunday is described as 10:00 to 18:00. On home matchdays it opens with the stadium gates, usually two hours before kick-off.
- On non-matchdays Gate 3 is named. On matchdays that entrance is closed. During the concert summer the museum can close. There is then often no classic football stadium to see.
Accessibility and individual planning
- The museum says wheelchair access to the museum is barrier-free. There are sign-language videos and an audio offer. That is not a claim that every stadium-tour stop is barrier-free. For the VR tour, children under 6 are excluded. Ages 6 to 14 need an adult.
