What to expect
Manchester City sells the Manchester City Stadium Tour at the Etihad Stadium. The visit is not a match ticket. Academy, VIP, Legend and Matchday tours are separate products and are not the standard Stadium Tour.
Sourced elements
- Official pages name the dressing rooms, glass players' tunnel, pitchside, dug-outs, press conference room and The Tunnel Club. You may not walk on the pitch. Plan about 75 minutes.
Booking and arrival
- Use Manchester City's official tours information hub. MatchVisit does not make a booking or confirm a date.
- Check in at M-Gate (Entrance M) in the South Stand, facing Grey Car Park. Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Children under 14 must come with an adult. The Metrolink stop is Etihad Campus.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- Tours run through the year and are closed on 25 December. Times change on matchdays and event days. The Matchday Tour starts from the City Store and only up to four hours before kick-off. The stadium is a working venue, so individual stops can drop out.
Accessibility and individual planning
- There is a mobility route with lifts and ramps to pitchside. Call +44 (0) 161 444 1894 (option 5) in advance for wheelchair or other needs. Assistance dogs are welcome. A documented personal assistant can join free of charge.
