Europa-Park Stadion stadium tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• The tour lasts about 90 minutes. The club names a loop of the concourse and stands, the press-conference area, the guest dressing room, the mixed zone, the eFootball cabin, the player tunnel, the pitch and the substitutes' benches. The current product page does not name the home dressing room.
• Individual stops can close at short notice for safety or events. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is scfreiburg.com/stadion/europa-park-stadion/stadiontour. Groups of 10 to 25 people use the form on the same site. A group request is binding only after the club confirms it. Ask at least 14 days ahead. Individuals book a specific date and time. The club names a Reservix shop for that. MatchVisit links the information page, not the shop calendar.
• There is currently no English tour page. The German information page applies for both languages.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• Tours run on all days of the week. Not at Easter, Pentecost or Christmas, and not on SC home matchdays. The meeting point is the main entrance behind the main stand. Parking named on the tour page is car park P1 on the west side by the main stand. The club address is Achim-Stocker-Str. 1, 79108 Freiburg.
• Children under 14 need an adult. No prams, no animals, no luggage storage. No nursery groups. Tours start from primary-school age. You may bring your own drinks without glass bottles. There is no catering at the stadium for the tour. Private photos are allowed.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The standard tour is not fully barrier-free. There is a tailored accessible tour for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility, requested through the same group form. That is not a guarantee for every stop on every slot.
