Generali Arena Vienna stadium tour, visit planning
Check the official tour route for Generali Arena Vienna and plan your visit with sourced guidance on the experience, arrival and stadium operations.
What to expect
Austria Wien currently sells a public stadium tour of Generali Arena in Vienna-Favoriten. The German product page describes about 2.5 hours including the museum. That is a stadium visit, not a match ticket. Club copy also uses Franz-Horr-Stadion and Viola Park for the same ground. That is not Rapid's Allianz Stadion Wien, not Red Bull Arena Salzburg and not Merkur-Arena.
Sourced elements
- The German product page describes about 2.5 hours, the East Stand, North Stand VIP, guest sector, West Stand kindergarten, South Stand, away dressing room, press conference room, players' tunnel and pitch, including a seat on the benches. Museum admission is included.
- Also named are a short video clip, a greeting by Herbert Prohaska, a stadium-tour scarf, the terrace towards the training ground, the legends club lounge, violet artificial turf with the Austria logo, the security centre and the TV studio. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is fk-austria.at/tickets/stadiontour-museum/stadiontour. Public booking on 7 September 2026 ran through the form there. Groups enquire by email to gerhard.kaltenbeck@fk-austria.at. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places.
- The stadium tour is not a match ticket. fak.at/tickets is the match-ticket shop, not the stadium visit. The Austria Museum next to the fanshop is a separate visit. The BEKO view is only a visualisation, not a live tour.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- The public form on 7 September 2026 listed Friday 9 October, 16:00. That is not remaining stock. Recheck the live list on the club page. Groups arrange a date by email.
- The address is Horrplatz 1, 1100 Vienna. Generali Arena sits in Favoriten. The club names the U1 to Altes Landgut. Access is only via Czeikestraße. Parking is not part of the tour.
- The Austria Museum next to the fanshop is open Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 18:00. The season ticket as a Wiener Linien pass applies immediately before and after Bundesliga and cup home matches, not automatically to every tour slot.
Accessibility and individual planning
- The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee. The ticket page describes wheelchair places for match visits. That is not a promise of a fully accessible tour. Questions go to gerhard.kaltenbeck@fk-austria.at.
