Sourced elements

• The Fan-Tour names the team locker room, players' tunnel, players' bench, pitchside, press conference room, media centre, Cannstatter Kurve standing area, honorary box and Mercedes-Benz Business Center. It lasts about 90 minutes. Individual stops can close at short notice for safety or events.
• The matchday tour is a separate product on a home matchday. The club says it does not include a ticket for the match that follows. Participation is also possible without a home ticket.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is shop.vfb.de/de/erlebnisse/arena-touren. The club homepage points to the same hub. Public Fan-Tour dates for the following month are released in the middle of the month. Groups from 15 tickets use an enquiry.
• Group windows until year-end are only released gradually while Champions League and extra cup dates remain open. Cancellation is only in writing at least 7 days before the booked date. Do not use the checkout on tickets.vfb.de as the MatchVisit button.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• Public Fan-Tours run Monday to Friday at 14:30 and 16:30, Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 and 14:30. Not on VfB home matchdays and not on other event days in the arena. The public Fan-Tour is currently German only.
• The meeting point for the standard tour is next to the Mercedes-Benz Business Center at Gate 4, in front of the main stand. The address on the shop is MHP Arena, Mercedesstraße 87, 70372 Stuttgart. On days without a home match the club describes free public parking on Mercedesstraße. Stadtbahn U1 Mercedesstraße or Wilhelmsplatz, U11 to NeckarPark (Stadion) at major events, S-Bahn S1 to NeckarPark. Children under 14 need an adult. No strollers, no animals, no luggage storage. The matchday tour meets 15 minutes early at the VfB Center in front of the Cannstatter Kurve, Gate 8, and goes through home-match security.

Accessibility and individual planning

• Standard arena tours are not wheelchair accessible and involve stairs. There is a separate barrier-free tour for wheelchair users and people with walking impairments, about 75 minutes, also meeting at Gate 4. That tour also does not run on home matchdays or other event days. That is not a guarantee for every stop on every slot.
