PreZero Arena stadium tour, visit planning
Check the official tour route for PreZero Arena and plan your visit with sourced guidance on the experience, arrival and stadium operations.
What to expect
TSG Hoffenheim currently sells stadium tours at the SNP Arena in Sinsheim. Open Saturday tours need no registration, while the arena is open on selected days until the end of November. It is a stadium visit, not a match ticket. The catalog stadium name remains PreZero Arena.
Sourced elements
- The tour names the interior, media areas including the dressing room, and the VIP sector. Mondays are group-only from 15 people. Individual tours are not possible. The arena is closed on public holidays.
- Monday group slots start at 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, 16:00 or 17:30. Event hire is not the public Saturday tour.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is tsg-hoffenheim.de/tsg/arena/arena-touren. Open Saturday tours need no registration. The rule is first come first serve, and reservations are not possible. Tickets are sold only on Saturdays from 10:00 at the fanshop at the arena.
- Mondays and other enquiries use arenatour@tsg-hoffenheim.de. The English tour page still shows a 2025 calendar. Use the German page for the current product.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- The address on club pages is SNP Arena, Dietmar-Hopp-Straße 1, 74889 Sinsheim. The meeting point is the large football statue in front of the main entrance. Maximum 40 people per group. Open Saturday tours start at 10:30, 12:00 and 13:30.
- For a visit without a match the club names Sinsheim Museum/Arena station, then on foot. Club pages say about 10 minutes or about 15 minutes. The club recommends public transport. The German tour page retrieved on 7 September 2026 named selected days until the end of November. That is not a scraped calendar.
Accessibility and individual planning
- The tour page does not state a wheelchair rule. Barrier-free matchday questions go to teambarrierefrei@tsg-hoffenheim.de. That is matchday service, not a guarantee for every tour stop.
