What to expect
LASK currently offers a public stadium tour of Raiffeisen Arena in Linz. It is a stadium visit, not a match ticket. The catalog stadium name remains Raiffeisen Arena. UEFA copy may say Oberösterreich Arena. That is the same stadium in Linz, not Allianz Stadion Wien, not Generali Arena, not Red Bull Arena Salzburg, not Merkur-Arena and not Lavanttal-Arena.
Sourced elements
- The German tour page names the BWT Business Club stand, ASK standing stand, black-and-white stand, Helmut-Köglberger-Platz, media area, player tunnel, sideline and coaching benches. The visit ends at the LASK fanshop on Helmut-Köglberger-Platz. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot. Short-notice closures remain possible. The BWT Business Club as a tour stop is not the hospitality product.
- School classes, clubs and other organisations enquire separately by email to office@lask.at. The dedicated school visit and birthday parties in the arena are different products, not the public tour.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is https://www.lask.at/de/a/tours. Dates are announced one month in advance. Booking runs through the LASK online shop according to the club. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places. The MatchVisit button leads to the information page, not the shop grid.
- The German and English tour pages disagree on meeting point, duration and registration deadline. MatchVisit therefore does not invent a single timetable. The German club page names the meeting point 15 minutes before the start at the fanshop on Helmut-Köglberger-Platz, a duration of about 60 to 90 minutes and a registration deadline of 17:00 on the previous day. The English page names a 16:30 start, 16:15 at the BWT Business Club entrance, about 90 minutes and 12:00 on the day of the tour. Recheck the live German page before you book.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- The arena office address is Helmut-Köglberger-Platz 1, 4020 Linz. The fanshop sits on Helmut-Köglberger-Platz (stadium forecourt). For matchdays the shop FAQ names bus lines 46, 17 and 19 to the Stadion stop, and line 27 to Ziegeleistraße or Botanischer Garten. That is a home-match rule, not automatically a tour-day rule. Restaurant Dunkelschwarz after the visit is optional, not part of the tour guarantee.

Accessibility and individual planning
- The retrieved tour pages do not name a wheelchair route or a PRM guarantee. Do not claim a fully accessible visit. Questions about the public tour go to office@lask.at. School classes and groups use the same address for individual requests.
