• The default individual product is the Arena Tour 360°. The club presents Red Bull Arena as the first stadium in Austria with a virtual-reality visit around a home matchday. VR glasses change your viewpoint at several stops. Named stops include the VIP lounge and skyboxes, press conference room, home dressing room, mixed zone, players' tunnel and pitchside.
• Matchday tours are stadium visits on a Bundesliga home day. One version with the team-bus arrival starts 2 hours 15 minutes before kick-off at Tower B. A 360-degree matchday tour starts 2 hours 45 minutes before kick-off at the same meeting point. The club may change the route on matchdays. The retrieved copy does not include a match ticket.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is redbullsalzburg.at/de/arena-tours. The named webshop sits behind a queue. MatchVisit therefore sends visitors to the club page, not into the shop. Groups use the large-group request form.
• Kidz and youth tours run through a separate group enquiry. A barrier-free version can be adapted after booking. MatchVisit does not confirm remaining places or publish amounts.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The published individual slot on the German club hub is every Saturday at 10:30, about 90 minutes, in German. Meet 10 minutes before at the VIP entrance on the west side. Extra times run through group or kids enquiries.
• All named Arena Tours are in German. Academy tours meet at the Red Bull football academy, Rechte Saalachzeile 58, 5020 Salzburg, not at Red Bull Arena.

• The club offers the tour at Red Bull Arena as barrier-free. After booking you should complete a form so the route can be adapted. That is not a guarantee for every room without prior notice.
