RheinEnergieStadion stadium tour, visit planning
Check the official tour route for RheinEnergieStadion and plan your visit with sourced guidance on the experience, arrival and stadium operations.
What to expect
1. FC Köln currently sells public stadium tours at the RheinEnergieSTADION. The default card is the FC stadium tour, also available in English. It is a stadium visit, not a match ticket. The catalog stadium name remains RheinEnergieStadion.
Sourced elements
- The stadium tour names the stand, press conference room, business boxes, mixed zone, home dressing room and Club78. The club describes running into the stadium to the anthem as the highlight. It lasts 75 to 90 minutes. Last-minute changes to the stops are possible.
- The matchday tour is a separate product only on home matchdays and only for people who already hold a valid home ticket. It is not a substitute for a match ticket.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is the 1. FC Köln stadium-tour hub on fc.de. Tickets sit in the FC ticket shop. That shop was not opened for this research. Exact dates sit only in the shop.
- Booked tours cannot be cancelled according to the club. Private groups use a request form. Completing the form does not confirm a booking. Do not use ticket-onlineshop.com or Eventim as the MatchVisit button.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- Public tours run on weekdays and at weekends. Languages depending on the tour are German, Kölsch and English. The meeting point is 15 minutes before the start at the fan shop on the north side of the RheinEnergieSTADION.
- The address given by the club is RheinEnergieSTADION, Aachener Straße 999, 50933 Cologne. Bags larger than A4 stay outside. Luggage can be stored before the tour. Prams and buggies cannot go inside, they can be left before the tour. Dogs are not allowed. Assistance dogs need prior contact. Children aged 6 and under are generally admitted free, one child per accompanying adult, with proof of age. Private photos and audio are allowed. The English FAQ names tram lines 1 and 7 and S-Bahn S12 and S19.
Accessibility and individual planning
- The club says most tours are accessible if you have difficulty walking. The FC Live Tour, Trippel Tour and Poldi Tour are explicitly not wheelchair accessible. A tour with a sign-language interpreter is possible after consulting the club. That is not a guarantee for every stop on every slot.
