What to expect
Atlético Madrid currently sells Atleti Tour & Museum on the club subdomain. The standard card combines the stadium tour with the interactive museum. It is not a match ticket.

- A guided option with an official guide is a separate product. There is no stadium ticket without the museum.
Booking and arrival
- Book only through Atleti Tour & Museum. Tickets may be printed or shown on a phone. Each ticket allows one entry only.
- The FAQ says children pay from age 4 and must be with an adult over 18. Member benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- The planning page lists seasonal opening hours, Monday to Sunday. Last access to the stadium tour is two hours before closing, except on matchdays or other events.
- The stadium visit can be changed or suspended without notice for sporting or organisational reasons, with exchange to another day. Match-weekend bookings can depend on kick-off or training. Whether the pitch has grass is stated on the current product page.
Accessibility and individual planning
- Visitors with reduced mobility should arrange the visit in advance by phone or email. The stadium section has stairs. Suitcases belong in the lockers. Prams are allowed, but the stadium section still has stairs. Only assistance dogs.
