St. Jakob-Park stadium tour, visit planning

Sourced elements

• The club page describes a look behind the scenes and club anecdotes. The named shop lists a media centre, vehicle tunnel, water tanks, mixed zone, dugouts, hospitality and the FCB fanshop among other stops. The route can change. That is not a guarantee for every room on every date.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is https://fcb.ch/pages/offentliche-stadiontouren. The named shop is anny.co. The MatchVisit button stays the information page, not the shop. On 16 September 2026 the shop listed public dates on 7 October 2026 and 17 October 2026. The tour runs from 20 participants and can be cancelled if too few people sign up. Recheck dates before travel. MatchVisit does not publish amounts or remaining places.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The meeting point is 15 minutes before the start outside St. Jakob-Park, at the FCB Meeting Point on the stadium terrace in sector A, first floor. The walk lasts about 75 minutes and is in German. Private group visits that require a company or club field do not replace the public tour. The theme visit is a different product.
• FC Basel match tickets run through the club shop, not this stadium tour. Hospitality and event hire in the stadium are different products.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The club page currently names the tour as unsuitable for people with reduced mobility and prams, because the lift cannot be used after the dressing-room fire. The club says it will update that notice when it changes. Confirm individual needs on the live page before booking.
