• The public card is Visites individuelles. The operator page names dressing rooms, the players' tunnel, boxes and pitchside. An official guide leads the visit. Duration is about one hour. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking and arrival

• Individual visits run in school holidays and only with a reservation, according to the operator. On 7 September 2026 the French page listed only 20 to 22 July 2026. That was an Arena-configuration extra. Those days have passed. Recheck the official page for the next window.
• Groups of 20 to 35 people have a separate page. On the check day it said new dates would be proposed soon. The button goes to the public information page for individual visits, not to the LOSC match-ticket shop.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The meeting point is the Grand Hall between gates A and N, 15 minutes before the slot. A printed ticket is required. Late arrival can block entry. LOSC home matches remain a different product.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The operator says the route is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
• For the visit the page names metro line 1, stops Villeneuve D'Ascq Hôtel de Ville or 4 Cantons. Visitors arriving by car may use parking A3 Les Terrasses. The address is 261, Boulevard de Tournai, Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
