Booking and arrival

• The public information page is cepacvelodrome.com/visites.html. Tickets are sold on the official stadium shop tickets.cepacvelodrome.com. The operator FAQ also allows buying a ticket at the stadium on the day of the visit. A phone e-ticket is enough.
• Tickets are not name-specific and not refundable. Dated tickets are not exchangeable according to the club FAQ. Groups, schools and works councils use a request form. Completing the form does not guarantee places.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• Self-guided visits are listed for school holidays, Monday to Sunday. They are also offered at weekends and on the eve or day after a match, depending on the programme. Guided visits are listed on weekdays, also depending on the programme. The information hub does not print clock hours. Use the official shop for the slot.
• The address given by the club and the operator is 3 Boulevard Michelet, 13008 Marseille. Entrance for self-guided and guided visits is Gate 18, Jean-Bouin stand, at the top of the monumental stairs, metro Rond-Point du Prado, OM Tour sign. Arrive 10 minutes early for a guided visit. For Matchday, arrive 15 minutes early at the PRM lift between the Puma store and the Jean-Bouin ticket office. Shop cards exclude unaccompanied minors and pets.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The club FAQ says a wheelchair user can follow the classic route, and that accessible toilets exist on several levels. That is not a guarantee for every room on every slot. Recheck the note with the operator.
