• There are three public categories, namely museum plus stadium tour, stadium tour only, and museum only.
• The museum opened on 11 December 2001 as Turkey's first private sports museum, was registered by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on 28 June 2007, and reopened in February 2017 inside Tüpraş Stadium. It covers two floors, about 1,650 square metres, entered through the historic 19 Mayıs gate on the sea side.
• The English club page describes a chronological upper floor, a lower All about the Beşiktaş floor, more than 50 digital applications, and a fully disabled-friendly layout with Braille and tactile routes.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is bjk.com.tr/tr/besiktas-jk-muze. The English twin is bjk.com.tr/en/besiktas-jk-museum. MatchVisit sends visitors to the museum hub, not to Passo. Passo is not the museum shop here.
• The English hours page says online ticket sales are not available for non-citizen visitors. MatchVisit does not confirm remaining places or publish amounts.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-18:00. Closed Mondays, the first day of religious holidays, 1 January and 1 May. Stadium tours do not run on home match days. On those days the museum closes at a time announced the day before on the official social account. The English hours page still says the museum closes two hours before home match hours. MatchVisit follows the Turkish rule.
• Published daytime tour slots run from 10:30 to 17:00. Summer evening slots are listed on the hours page for Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with weekend evenings only when there is no home match. Last museum entry is 19:00 on those evenings. That is not a promise for a given evening in September.

Accessibility and individual planning

• All museum areas are wheelchair accessible and prams are allowed. The English page names Braille and tactile routes. No smoking, food or drink inside the museum. That does not guarantee every outdoor stadium-tour stop on every day.
