Weserstadion stadium tour, visit planning
Check the official tour route for Weserstadion and plan your visit with sourced guidance on the experience, arrival and stadium operations.
What to expect
Werder Bremen currently sells stadium tours at the Weserstadion. The public default card is for smaller groups and includes a visit to the WUSEUM. It is a stadium visit, not a match ticket. The catalog stadium name remains Weserstadion.
Sourced elements
- The rounds last 60 to 75 minutes and name the interior, referee dressing room, press conference room and VIP areas. The Werder dressing room cannot be visited. Individual stops can close because of events or first-team appointments. A WUSEUM visit is part of the public programme.
- The matchday tour is a separate product. It starts three to four hours before kick-off, needs a valid home ticket and does not include that ticket. Kids tours, vouchers and a ship tour with Hal över are also separate products.
Booking and arrival
- The public information page is werder.de/stadionerlebnis/angebote/stadionfuehrungen. The stadium host points museum visits and tours to Werder Bremen. Public dates use the named online shop. Individual dates use an enquiry. Monday is a rest day for individual tours.
- On home matchdays only matchday tours can be booked. Public, kids, matchday and special tours do not wait for late arrivals. No dedicated English stadium-tour hub was found. The public information page remains the German club page. Individual tours can be in English or Low German on request.
Stadium operations and matchdays
- Contact on the hub is stadionfuehrungen@werder.de, telephone +49 (0) 421 43 45 9 4420. The stadium owner is Bremer Weser-Stadion GmbH. Tours are organised by Werder Bremen, not by BWS.
- Outside the January and February cut the WUSEUM opens Tuesday to Friday 11:00 to 16:00. Saturday, Sunday and holidays 11:00 to 15:00. In January and February it closes at 15:00. On home matchdays three hours before kick-off until one hour before kick-off.
- The information hub does not name a meeting point for the public tour. The travel pages mainly describe matchdays. A ship tour with Hal över is a separate product.
Accessibility and individual planning
- Individual tours can be offered barrier-free on request. Special needs on public tours should be raised before booking. The matchday tour cannot be run barrier-free. That is not a guarantee for every stop on every slot.
