Sourced elements

• The public tour names the Business Club, press tribune, the players' tunnel in Roman-look design, and the trainer benches. Events can close parts of the route or the infield.
• Matchday, kids, VR, quiz, sustainability, stadium-announcer, historic and exclusive group cards are separate products. The matchday tour requires a valid home-match ticket.

Booking and arrival

• The public information page is fcaugsburg.de/page/arenatouren-76. Public tickets use the named online shop and the fanshops. Groups use arenatouren@fcaugsburg.de or the contact form. MatchVisit does not check remaining places there.
• No arena tours run on the days directly before or after a home match. Late arrival voids the public-tour ticket. No live English tour hub was found. The public information page remains the German club page.

Stadium operations and matchdays

• The address on club pages is WWK ARENA, Bürgermeister-Ulrich-Straße 90, 86199 Augsburg. The meeting point is the fanshop entrance, 15 minutes before the start.
• For a visit without a match the club names line 3 to stop Innovationspark/LfU, then about ten minutes on foot. Stadion-Linie 8 is described as a matchday service. Matchday parking rules do not automatically apply to the tour.

Accessibility and individual planning

• The route to the arena and fanshop is barrier-free. The club says the arena tours themselves cannot be run barrier-free. Wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility should email arenatouren@fcaugsburg.de in advance. That is not a guarantee for every stop. Prams, dogs and alcoholic drinks are not allowed on the tours. Bags larger than DIN A4 stay outside. There is no luggage storage.
