Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket or the season ticket in the ADO Den Haag account. The stadium stands at Haags Kwartier 55 in The Hague. The club has fully switched to digital entry through the ADO Den Haag App. The English how-to says the QR code appears at least 24 hours before kick-off. A ticket must be assigned to the person who uses it. Home infodesks open 2.5 hours before kick-off. In-person help in the Fanstore is on Wednesday afternoons 13:00-17:00. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
The visitor button stays on the ADO Den Haag+ information hub at adodenhaag.nl/nl/tickets/club-card/algemene-informatie. The named shop is tickets.adodenhaag.nl. That is not the ticket shop of Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord, AZ, Twente, Utrecht, Groningen, Go Ahead Eagles, Sparta Rotterdam or Excelsior. Singles run through the Officiële ADO Den Haag Ticketshop. The ticketing desk answers mail within two working days and sits in the Fanstore on Wednesday 13:00-17:00. Home infodesks open 2.5 hours before kick-off. Hospitality, events and women's home matches stay separate. Tickets outside these club channels are not the official path.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on that home match. For Cambuur on 19 September 2026 at 16:30 the plus window ran from 5 to 12 August 2026, then regular sale. PSV on 17 October 2026 and Heerenveen on 24 October 2026 follow the same pattern with later windows. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the live plus hub before you travel. This is not Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord, AZ, Twente, Utrecht, Groningen, Go Ahead Eagles, Sparta Rotterdam or Excelsior.
