Membership, personalisation and transfers
Ajax requires a verified account in the official app both to buy tickets and to enter the stadium. The Club Card gives priority over the general sale and may be required for individual matches. Season-ticket holders and Supportersvereniging members should not apply for a Club Card. The club places the Supportersvereniging after season-ticket holders but before Club Card holders. Mobile tickets appear in the Ajax app and may be shared there only a limited number of times with other Ajax fans.
Official routes and other offers
Ajax says the Ticketshop is the only official sales channel. Ajax Resale is the club route for released seats and runs through the same shop. Visit Ajax packages and Business Seats are separate hospitality routes and do not replace the public single-ticket sale. The English package page currently states that packages are no longer available this season. MatchVisit does not direct users to third-party markets.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Ajax Resale is the official route for released seats. For Eredivisie home matches and, since the League Phase, European home matches too, it opens only when the club enables it. A listing can be withdrawn until the ticket is sold. Resale purchases go through the official Ticketshop and only to fans with the applicable purchasing rights. MatchVisit shows no live inventory and does not direct users to third-party markets.
