Membership, personalisation and transfers
A 2026/27 season ticket is the assigned Mendizorrotza seat. The club names a digital abono. Tickets are bound to that seat. Under 6 needs a Txiki ticket. Under 16 must come with an adult. Ages 16 to 18 may enter alone with guardian authorisation. Carnet Simpatizante is nominative and has no seat. It is not a ticket guarantee.
Official routes and other offers
Ordinary tickets run through deportivoalaves.com/es/entradas. That is not the ticket shop of Barcelona, Real Madrid or Atlético. The club names the shop entradas.deportivoalaves.com. MatchVisit does not read that seat map. Txiki tickets are sold at Baskonia Alavés Store on General Álava 1 or at the box office. Taquillas between towers 7 and 8 can open 90 minutes before kick-off. Groups run through grupos@alaves.com. Visiting tickets sit with the visiting club. Unused season-ticket seats go as cesión or as the club secondary market when that window is enabled.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. The FAQ says the box office can sell until 30 minutes after kick-off. A club cesión can feed extra seats. That is not a remaining-ticket claim. Date and time can still move for TV or the competition. There is no re-entry after leaving. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
