Membership, personalisation and transfers

Every buyer needs an RSCA account and a MAUVE ID. From age 16, verification with Itsme or Onfido is required. Itsme is for Belgian and Dutch citizens. Everyone else uses Onfido. Under-16s do not verify. Children under 12 can be added as a child account. Each ticket is tied to one unique MAUVE ID. Personalisation after purchase must finish 24 hours before the match. Entry is digital in the RSCA app or a wallet. PDF tickets are gone. The name on the ticket can be checked against ID at the gate.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home tickets run only through RSC Anderlecht, ticketing.rsca.be and the RSCA app. That is not Club Brugge's ticket shop. FAQ pages are the support route. Official resale is RSCA Resale, only when the club opens resale for that match, often two days before kick-off, with Mauve+ priority. Official transfer is Share your seat to another MAUVE ID. League seats from three weeks out, European mini-abo seats from 48 hours before kick-off. Business Club and Match Packs are hospitality, not ordinary singles. Away tickets are distributed through fan clubs, not the home shop.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

For short-notice tickets, check ticketing.rsca.be or the app, not the stadium desk. Lotto Park ticketing is open on matchdays from two hours before kick-off and does not sell tickets. The desk is at Théo Verbeecklaan 2, left of Entrance 2. If the club opens resale, RSCA Resale can return season-ticket seats. MatchVisit does not read inventory from that route. Do not buy on unofficial platforms. The club treats those tickets as unofficial and can impose a stadium ban. A date change does not automatically void bought tickets.
