Arsenal tickets, buying options and advice

Start with Arsenal's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Buy directly from the club

Arsenal sells this season's home fixtures through ballots, and only for members. Each match has its own registration window. Entering earlier in that window does not change the odds, according to the club. The overview separates Silver, Red and Disability Access ballots. Ballots are typically held four to six weeks before a match. Cup games and early-season fixtures may differ. Television picks and cup rounds can still move a fixture. Dates are advertised on arsenal.com/tickets. Membership is the route into the ballot and is not a ticket.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

The usual limit is one ticket per membership, subject to availability. On selected Friends and Family sales, up to three extra tickets may be possible. A group entry through My Network can include up to four eligible members and counts as one entry. Either everyone gets tickets or nobody does, and successful groups are seated together. A membership enters only one ballot. Silver, Silver Cannon and Silver Senior members may enter the Red ballot only in a group that includes at least one Red, Red Senior or Cannon Red member. If they already entered the Silver ballot, the Red application is removed. Member entry is a digital NFC pass in the latest Arsenal app. A PDF is not the described route.

Official routes and other offers

Without membership, the home-ticket FAQ names only a hospitality package or an authorised ticket agent as official routes. The club describes unofficial sites, social media and touts as likely invalid, with possible refusal at the gate. Hospitality is available only through Arsenal or through marked authorised travel operators. That is not the member ballot. Season-ticket holders can use Ticket Exchange or Ticket Transfer after the Silver ballot. The ticket is an NFC pass in the app. If a transfer is not accepted by three hours before kick-off, the system accepts it for the recipient so the seat can still be used. An accepted ticket can be returned only to the original holder.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

After the ballot, Ticket Exchange may open. Members who were unsuccessful buy first. The club may widen the window later for a specific match. The exchange closes three hours before the match. Silver members have exclusive access between the Silver ballot and the Red ballot. A successful ballot is not a statement about remaining tickets, and MatchVisit does not read inventory. The 17 February 2026 ticketing guide keeps two 2026/27 season tickets, one for 23 games including the UEFA league phase and one for the 19 Premier League home matches. Exchange and transfer continue, and the club says it will not pass fees on to supporters. Licensed standing in the lower Clock End starts in 2026/27, and in the lower North Bank in 2027/28.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
