Athletic Club tickets, buying options and advice

Start with Athletic Club's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Buy directly from the club

Athletic Club sells home match tickets for San Mamés through the official ticket site. Socios have Liga and Copa access as members. Remaining seats then run as a Club Athletic preventa, then venta general. Whether and when those windows open is stated on the notice for that fixture. Socio cesiones can keep feeding the public pool until kick-off. San Mames VIP Area is a separate official route.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Club Athletic membership gives, according to the club, a preventa before general sale, not a ticket guarantee. Club Athletic Premium is 24 hours earlier on TOP matches (Europe, Copa, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Real Sociedad). Gazte Abonoa 2026/27 is a youth pass for the Grada Popular de Animación. The digital card is personal and cannot be passed to another person. Socios and Gazte holders enter with digital QR or NFC. Socios may also use the physical card.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home tickets run through the club website and, on matchday, the ticket office between gates 6 and 7. The club names cesión to the club as the official way unused socio seats re-enter sale. Gazte seats can only be ceded to the club. VIP Area and Matchday Experience stay separate. PMR seats are box-office only with original ID and certificate. Visiting tickets are sold only by the visiting club.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. The online shop can, according to the stadium notice, stay open until kick-off. Socio cesiones can keep releasing seats until then. That is not a remaining-ticket claim. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it. Do not buy on unofficial platforms.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
