FC Augsburg tickets, buying options and advice

Start with FC Augsburg's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Buy directly from the club

FC Augsburg sells home match day tickets at the WWK Arena (club writing WWK ARENA) to club members first. Pre-sale usually starts once the DFL has fixed kick-off, often about six weeks before the match. A public window follows only if that home match still has tickets. For the 2026/27 opener against Schalke (category A) members were followed by existing fans, not a general public grid. Against Leverkusen (category B) a public pre-sale followed. Members could book up to four tickets in that pattern. 2026/27 season tickets run as a subscription and sit digitally in the FCA app. The club sets the price pot only when that home match goes on sale.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Tickets run through the FCA online shop, the club office, the Maximilianstraße fan shop, VR-Bank, the ticket hotline and Augsburger Allgemeine outlets. Mobile tickets sit in the FCA app. A season ticket or a member purchase is the entry right, not a public seat guarantee. Unauthorised platforms are forbidden under the ATGB. Gates open 120 minutes before kick-off. Away fans belong in blocks W and X and buy through the visiting club.

Official routes and other offers

The club keeps member pre-sale, existing-fan windows on high-demand home matches, public pre-sale, season tickets, the online shop and box offices, the FCA ticket exchange for season-ticket seats only, private passing of day tickets, and hospitality via SPORTFIVE as separate routes. Business seats are generally season tickets according to the FAQ, not ordinary day tickets. Ordinary home match tickets do not run through the Mainz ticket shop or the Hoffenheim ticket shop. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice men's tickets depend on that match's pre-sale and, after a complete advance allocation, on the FCA ticket exchange. The exchange is for season-ticket seats only. Day tickets may be passed privately, not via Viagogo or Ebay. The matchday desk opens 2.5 hours before kick-off and, in easy language, closes at half-time, but only if that home match is not already fully allocated. Dates can move. If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
