Buy directly from the club

Austria Wien sells home match tickets for Generali Arena in Vienna-Favoriten. Club copy also uses Franz-Horr-Stadion and Viola Park for the same ground. That is not Rapid's Allianz Stadion Wien, not Red Bull Arena Salzburg and not Merkur-Arena. The hub is fk-austria.at/tickets/infos. Purchase runs through fak.at/tickets, the fanshop at Horrplatz 1 and matchday desks. VIP is fak.at/vip-tickets. The 2026/27 season ticket covers men's, women's and Young Violets league home matches plus the ÖFB-Cup through the quarter-final. Renewal came first, then members, then public sale. The Abo page says members save at least 15 percent, VIP excepted. 2026/27 European home matches started with season-ticket protection, then members. Beitar had no public sale. Braga and league home matches (LASK, WSG Tirol, Lustenau) named the public shop.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

There is no general membership that gates every league single. Membership names European pre-sale. Some UEFA home matches stay fully protected. The AGB say a season ticket is not freely transferable. Unused season seats can be released to the club. Public marketplace resale above face value and transfer to away fans are forbidden. Online tickets are Print@Home or mobile tickets. First entry counts. Leaving the ground voids a single. If any remain, guest-sector tickets are only on matchday on site. Wheelchair tickets run through the fanshop or matchday desks with a Bundessozialausweis.

Official routes and other offers

Standard home tickets run through fak.at/tickets (tickets.fk-austria.at), the fanshop at Horrplatz 1 and matchday desks. That is not the ticket shop of Rapid, Salzburg or Sturm Graz. Collection is named as Ost 12. VIP is a separate shop. MatchVisit is none of these routes. MatchVisit does not read the SAP grid.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. The live board on 7 September 2026 names Lustenau in the public shop. The guest sector stays a matchday path via the visiting club. A postponed ticket stays valid under the AGB. The Rapid home match on 1 November 2026 is on the calendar. A derby sale window was not published that day. MatchVisit does not read inventory.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
