Buy directly from the club

AZ sells men's first-team home tickets through az.nl/wedstrijden/tickets. 2026/27 season tickets cover public Eredivisie home matches at AFAS Stadion in Alkmaar, excluding play-offs and Europe. The club currently says no 26/27 season tickets remain. Holders can upgrade their own seat for Europe and cup home matches and get priority when those sales are scarce. The AZ Clubkaart is a personal purchase right for home and away matches. The digital card is free. People who already hold an AZ club or season ticket, or a club or season ticket of another Dutch club, cannot apply. Some matches also need an iDIN-verified account. Current Eredivisie home matches against Willem II, Telstar and Twente are described as vrije verkoop, online or at the AZ Fancentrum, with no Clubkaart or season ticket required. 2026/27 Europa League home matches run in phases. Season-ticket holders may upgrade their own seat with a four-match pack until 8 September 2026, 23:59. Loose packs follow. Singles follow only if places remain after the pack phase. Hospitality through AZ Business is a separate route.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Access uses a QR code. Season tickets may be a physical hardcard or a phone image. Single tickets are e-tickets, printed or on a phone, with a small QR code. The club asks visitors to arrive at least one hour before kick-off. KNVB and stadium rules require a valid ticket and, on request, ID. Under-10s need an accompanying adult. Season tickets are personal and may be lent only in the same age group. For Europa League home matches the club names an ID check for Clubkaart holders. Home-support only applies. Visiting fans outside the reserved away zone are refused. MatchVisit does not read inventory.

Official routes and other offers

Standard home tickets run through az.nl and the shop the club names behind the ticket buttons. That is not the ticket shop of Ajax, PSV or Feyenoord. The AZ Fancentrum is the named counter route for the current open Eredivisie sales. Official resale takes season-ticket seats back for Eredivisie home matches until two and a half hours before kick-off. Cup, friendlies and ordinary European tickets are excluded. Upgraded Europa League passe-partouts have a separate resale. Packs issued as e-tickets cannot enter it. Hospitality stays on AZ Business. Tickets outside these club routes are not the official channel.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice seats depend on the fixture. Current Eredivisie home matches can run without a Clubkaart. Europe was sold first as a pack on the season-ticket seat. Resale can still return seats until two and a half hours before kick-off. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the resale list. A listed kick-off can still change.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
