Buy directly from the club

FC Basel 1893 sells men's Super League and cup home tickets for St. Jakob-Park in Basel, also called Joggeli. That is not Young Boys' Stadion Wankdorf, not Letzigrund and not Vaduz. Official sales points are listed at https://support.fcb.ch/de/articles/522993-offizielle-verkaufsstellen-fur-saisonkarten-und-einzeltickets. Season cards run through tickets.fcb.ch and the FCB fanshop at St. Jakob-Park. Singles also go through Bider & Tanner at Bankverein (national singles) and the matchday evening desks. Guest-sector tickets in B0, B1 and B2 are not sold by FCB online. International guest tickets are guest-club only. Season cards keep the Super League seat. For cup and possible European home matches the club names a priority, not a guaranteed home seat. Women's home matches and athletics-stadium sales at Leichtathletikstadion St. Jakob remain a separate product.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Matchday evening desks open two hours before kick-off. The FCB fanshop at St. Jakob-Park sells tickets Tuesday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 and Saturday from 10.00 to 17.00. It is closed on Monday and Sunday. On home matchdays it also opens two hours before kick-off until about one hour after full time, with a pause from 15 minutes before kick-off until the end. Digital tickets sit in the account as print@home, a mobile QR or a wallet pass. First-team tickets are valid on the TNW on matchday. The AGB name free travel from four hours before kick-off until the end of operations. The Family Corner in B7 and C1 Parkett needs at least one adult plus a child, at most two adults per paying child, with free seating. Muttenzerkurve in sector D is the home end. Neutral visitors can be refused even with a valid ticket. Wheelchair and companion seats in C-Parkett run through a club reservation and the FCB login, at most one companion ticket. The club distances itself from third-party platforms. It may block tickets from unofficial routes.

Official routes and other offers

Official routes are tickets.fcb.ch, the ticketing desk in the FCB fanshop at St. Jakob-Park, Bider & Tanner at Bankverein for national singles, and the matchday evening desks. That is not the Young Boys ticket shop, not Letzigrund and not Vaduz. Hospitality lounges are different products. MatchVisit is none of these routes and does not read the shop.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on that home match at St. Jakob-Park. In the Super League the guest sector stays a guest-club route, at most the matchday guest desk. For international matches FCB sells nothing there. Dates can move. Tickets already bought stay valid for the rearranged date under the AGB. That is not an inventory promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the current sales points before you travel. This is not Wankdorf, not Letzigrund and not Vaduz.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
