Membership, personalisation and transfers

Home tickets sit in the Bayer 04 app. Whether Print@home or wallet is allowed is stated on the fixture page. For a Bundesliga home match the club named the app only. For the Europa League home against Celje it also allowed wallet and Print@home from the account area. 2026/27 season tickets are personalised and electronic. Using fewer than ten of the 17 Bundesliga home matches can lead to cancellation for the following season. The ATGB allow a photo-ID check. Membership gives priority, not a ticket guarantee.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home tickets run through the Bayer 04 web shop, not through the RBL online ticket shop and not through the Eintracht ticket shop. According to the club, the official ticket exchange is active for Werkself home matches and is the authorised resale route. Tickets outside the web shop and ticket exchange do not confer entry. Private pass-on if the holder cannot attend remains allowed under the ATGB. Hospitality through the VIP areas is separate. The club does not describe a general public matchday box office for home tickets.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. Some matches stay with members and season-ticket holders. Others still reach general sale, often except the North Stand. When the web shop is empty, Bayer 04 points to the ticket exchange. It closes 2.5 hours before kick-off. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it. According to the FAQ, orders cannot be cancelled after they arrive. Anyone who cannot attend should list the ticket on the exchange or pass it on privately under the ATGB.
