Buy directly from the club

FC Bayern's official men's area separates five routes. A ticket request is drawn among requests that arrived on time and is not an instant purchase. The draw is at the latest four to six weeks before the match. Certain matches also have a direct online sale for limited periods. Hospitality sits in its own shop. Registered fan clubs place one request per match in the fan-club webshop, including away travel. An order by email is not possible. The ticket office phone line is +49 89 699 31 333. The FAQ does not describe an evening box office on match day. The German Herrentickets overview names the same five routes.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

From 2026/27, entry to the Allianz Arena is a digital ticket in the FC Bayern app or the Allianz Arena app. After activation, the home ticket sits in the app and is scanned at the turnstile. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and PDFs are not valid for that entry. The ticket is opened through the FC Bayern account. If the purchase was not tied to an existing account, a guest account can be created for a forwarded ticket. A request that has not yet been booked can be cancelled in My Account. A ticket that has already been booked generally cannot be returned. The FAQ says the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to tickets.

Official routes and other offers

The club guarantees valid access only for tickets from its own ticket service and from official partners. Unauthorised resale generally invalidates the ticket. The official page names Facebook, classified portals, viagogo, StubHub, ebay and footballtickets as examples and points sellers to the Ticket Exchange. International stay-and-ticket packages with Champions Travel and Travel Connection are a separate route, not the ballot and not the exchange. Hospitality remains the separate shop. MatchVisit is none of these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

When a match is sold out or overbooked, season-ticket and day-ticket holders can list unused seats on the Ticket Exchange. Online buying and selling run until three hours before kick-off, then the platform closes. Because of demand, most games are member-only at first. During match week at the latest, the exchange is usually opened to all fans, depending on supply and demand. Membership is not a ticket guarantee. An offline season-ticket listing goes through the ticket-office phone line. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
