Benfica tickets, buying options and advice

Start with Benfica's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Buy directly from the club

Use Benfica's official ticket page for home matches. The club also names the app, Benfica Official Stores and Casas do Benfica with a ticketing system. Opening time and eligible group appear on the specific match notice. The checked overview starts with Sócios whose dues are in order. Registered Adeptos, Casa Benfica members and the general public may follow later. Red Pass is the season-ticket route for Sócios only and covers domestic home matches in the league, Taça de Portugal and Taça da Liga.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

According to the official FAQ, Sócios have priority over ordinary fans. Red Pass requires Sócio membership. Holders may share the seat through the official app with a person who has a Benfica account. The Sócio card right is personal. Depending on the fixture, public-rate purchases use the official website, app, stores or Casas do Benfica. This does not mean every match is available to the public without further conditions. The club sets the ticket limit per order for each fixture. The FAQ states that purchased tickets are not exchanged or refunded.

Official routes and other offers

The public sale uses the official ticket page, the app, Benfica Official Stores and Casas do Benfica with a ticketing system. Tickets from other channels can put entry at risk according to the club. The Emirates Lounge is a separate corporate product for Benfica Corporate Club members, not a substitute for the public sale. Mercado Secundário is only for Red Pass Sócios and only when the club enables it for the match.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Mercado Secundário is not a permanently open last-ticket market. It covers Red Pass seats only and is enabled by the club depending on the match and area. A listed seat can be withdrawn only while it remains unsold. After a completed sale it cannot be recovered. The club does not guarantee that the seat will sell. MatchVisit shows no live inventory there and does not promise a ticket.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
