Tickets are nominative. For the Torino home match the club requires an original identity document that shows residence. New cards without residence, copies and phone photos are not valid. Online buyers are identified by OTP on email and mobile number. We Are One is the fidelity card. For this home match it is required for every user, and in any case for Curva Bulgarelli. It is no longer required for a 2026/27 season ticket if the buyer chooses the digital app version. Name-change is generally offered from 48 hours before kick-off. For Torino it opens at 10:00 on 17 September 2026. Digital season tickets change user in the app. Commercial resale outside club routes is forbidden.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home match tickets run through bolognafc.it (print@home or wallet) and authorised Vivaticket outlets. The club names the online shop biglietti.bolognafc.it. It does not name TicketOne. That is not the ticket shop of Milan, Inter, Juventus, Napoli, Roma or Lazio. Hospitality is a separate club-named route, including Terrazza Bernardini. Digital season-ticket holders can put their seat into the match-ticket circuit through Rivendere il mio posto in the app. That is not a general marketplace for ordinary singles. Do not buy on unofficial platforms.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the fixture. The Torino notice leaves online and Vivaticket sales open until the end of the match. Stadium cashiers stay closed on that matchday. That is not a remaining-ticket claim. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
