Membership, personalisation and transfers
Day tickets are issued by default as a digital pass. Check the FohlenApp before you travel. If the pass is missing there, it still sits in the ticket-shop account. At the gate an ID can be requested. Reduced-ticket proof is checked at the stadium, not in the shop. Entry opens about two hours before kick-off. 2026/27 season tickets had no public sale. Members may join the waitlist. Twelve of seventeen league home matches must be used, forwarded or sold on Zweitmarkt to keep the seat the following season.
Official routes and other offers
The club keeps the online shop, club and FPMG members, season tickets, the season-ticket waitlist, official Zweitmarkt, VIP-Club 1900, business seats and matchday ticket counters as separate routes. The ATGB name Eventim as an authorised outlet. Guest tickets stay with the visiting club. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
The official Zweitmarkt in the ticket-shop account runs until 30 minutes before kick-off. Unsold listings revert to the original holder. Zweitmarkt purchases cannot be listed again. Season tickets may be passed on digitally or on paper. Viagogo and eBay are not authorised. Dates can move at short notice. Check the current fixture page. MatchVisit does not read inventory from this route.
