Brentford tickets, buying options and advice

Start with Brentford's official sale route and the conditions for the specific fixture. MatchVisit has no live inventory and sells no tickets.

Buy directly from the club

Outside a season ticket, Brentford sells Premier League home tickets only to members. The club groups fixtures as Category A*, Category A, Category B and Friends and Family Access. Higher categories use Ticket Access Points. A* needs at least 100 TAPs, Category A this season needs at least 30 TAPs, and Category B is open to all My Bees members. A place in a sales window is not a ticket guarantee. Hospitality and premium seats are a separate official route.

Membership, personalisation and transfers

Besides a season ticket, membership is the only stated way to buy Premier League tickets. It does not guarantee a ticket. TAPs are earned only if the ticket is scanned at the turnstile. Friends and Family Access is for Adult and 18-24 members on selected fixtures. Those accounts may buy two tickets, and the extra ticket may go to a guest who is not a member but has a free ticketing account. Bees Overseas members have a reserved ballot for each home fixture. Those ballot tickets are collected from the box office, not issued digitally. Other home tickets are described as digital passes in a wallet or the club app.

Official routes and other offers

Standard Premier League home tickets run through membership, TAPs and the published category. Ticket Exchange is the described official route for returned season-ticket and premium seats. Eligible members may buy one exchange ticket per fixture if they have not already bought that match and they meet the TAPs rule. Hospitality remains separate. The club does not describe a public general sale for ordinary Premier League home tickets.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

For short-notice purchases the club points to Ticket Exchange. According to the exchange page it opens to eligible members as soon as the fixture goes on sale, still bound to category and TAPs. Overseas members are told to use the exchange if they miss the ballot or are in town at short notice. Season-ticket holders can list unused seats until 14:00 on the day before the match. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.

If a fixture changes

A sale and its terms belong to the relevant seller. If a fixture is moved or cancelled, check that seller's current notice. MatchVisit does not make a booking and cannot promise a rebooking or refund.
