Membership, personalisation and transfers
Member home tickets are named NFC passes. The club may check photo ID. Membership itself is not transferable. International Members can request a Premier League home match before other members when the club treats the ground as full, still subject to availability. Away and cup access uses Loyalty Points and, for some games, a ballot. A successful ballot entry is an option to buy, not a ticket. A season ticket covers 19 Premier League matches. Cup and European games are sold separately.
Official routes and other offers
The club keeps member and season-ticket sales, official Ticket Resale, Ticket Sharing and Selhurst Park hospitality as separate routes. According to the FAQ, valid tickets come from the club or the named official selling partners. Unofficial tickets can be refused at the gate. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Official Ticket Resale is the club's 2026/27 internal market. Season-ticket holders can list unused home seats once the match is on sale to other supporters. Season Ticket+ and Gold buy listed seats first, other members later through the ordinary shop. A listing can be withdrawn until it sells. Ticket Sharing is the official transfer route and is tighter for 2026/27. Season Ticket+ may share to Friends and Family, but not to someone who already has a ticket for that fixture. Ordinary season tickets may be shared only with a paid member on that list. Season-ticket sharing closes three hours before kick-off, guest-ticket transfer 24 hours before. Hospitality remains a separate route.
