Membership, personalisation and transfers

There is no described paid membership required for a standard league home and no described home-ticket ballot. For high-demand home matches such as the 2026/27 Rangers opener the club named purchase history in the last 18 months and at most four tickets per person. Cup home matches run first to season-ticket holders, then on purchase history. The usual seat is not guaranteed then. Away fans must not buy home-end tickets. Anyone found in a home area risks refusal or ejection. Women's tickets are for Foundation Park or separate Tannadice products, not the men's ticket hub. Match tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Official routes and other offers

Standard home tickets run through the Tickets hub, the Buy Match Tickets page with Future Ticketing and the Ticket Office at Tannadice. The Ticket Office is Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00, Saturday 9:00 to 13:00 and Sunday closed, except matchdays. On home Saturdays the season-ticket FAQ named 9:00 until kick-off. Enquiries go to tickets@dundeeunitedfc.co.uk or 01382 833 166, option 1. These home notices do not sell away tickets as home-end tickets. Hospitality remains separate. Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Short-notice tickets depend on the current notice on dundeeunitedfc.co.uk/tickets. On 8 September 2026 Upcoming Fixtures mainly listed away matches and pointed to the online portal. Dates and kick-off times can change without club liability. A postponed match ticket remains valid on the rearranged date under the terms. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the Tickets hub before you travel.
