Membership, personalisation and transfers
There is no described paid membership required for a standard league home. Confirmation is a QR code by email and in the Dundee FC Ticket App. Season tickets sit in the app or a digital wallet. The Bobby Cox stand is the family section. The drum and singing section sit in the South Enclosure. Visitors sit in the Bob Shankly Stand. Home fans sit in the South Enclosure, Bobby Cox Stand and Main Stand. The 22 August 2026 derby was away at Tannadice Park, not a Dens Park home. Women's, B-team and under-21 fixtures are not the men's ticket path. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run through the Tickets hub, the Dundee Supporters shop with Future Ticketing and the ticket office at Dens Park. The ticket office is Monday to Friday 10:00 to 17:00. On home Saturdays it is 10:00 until kick-off. For evening matches it normally opens at 10:00 and closes at kick-off. Sunday is closed unless it is a home matchday. Saturday without a home match is closed unless advertised. Enquiries go to tickets@dundeefc.co.uk or 01382 767039, option 2. Away Supporters is only for visiting fans at Dens Park. Hospitality remains separate. MatchVisit is none of these routes. That is not the ticket shop of Dundee United, Celtic, Rangers, Hearts, Hibernian or Aberdeen.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice tickets depend on the Tickets hub at dundeefc.co.uk/tickets/. On 8 September 2026 the homepage named the next home match against Motherwell at Dens Park on 19 September 2026 at 15:00. Dates can still change. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the hub before you travel.
