Membership, personalisation and transfers

Tickets are issued as mobile passes in the Eintracht account or the mainaqila wallet. The member sale needs the account linked to the membership. At the gate an official ID can be requested. Children under seven do not need a ticket but have no claim to a seat. Buying away from club channels can mean refusal of entry.

Official routes and other offers

Ordinary home tickets run through the club ticket shop and mainaqila, not through the RBL online ticket shop and not through the Bayer 04 web shop. The club keeps the member window, public sale, season tickets, Ticketbörse, forwarding to another Eintracht account, hospitality and the matchday box office as separate routes. Hospitality (boxes, business seats, Adler Business Club) is not the ordinary day-ticket path. MatchVisit does not read inventory from any of these routes.

Short-notice tickets and buying without membership

Ticketbörse is the official home resale route, open until the end of that match. Listed seats appear in the ordinary home sale and stay members-only during a member window. Only digital home tickets can be listed, not VIP, guest or away tickets. If you cannot go, you can forward a digital ticket in mainaqila to another Eintracht account. Dates can move at short notice. Check the current fixture page. MatchVisit does not read inventory from it.
