Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket. Woudestein opens one hour before kick-off. The Fanplein behind the Robin van Persie stand is reachable from 1.5 hours before. Administration sits in the main building at Honingerdijk 100 and is open Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and on matchdays from 1.5 hours before kick-off. The stadium club address remains Honingerdijk 110. PDT through TicketTrigger is optional for home matches during the KNVB pilot. Singles are still bought through the Excelsior ticketshop. KNVB standard conditions and the huisregels apply. The stadium is smoke-free. MatchVisit does not read inventory.
Official routes and other offers
The visitor button stays on Tickets en bezoekersinformatie at excelsiorrotterdam.nl/bezoekers-informatie/. The named shop is tickets.excelsiorrotterdam.nl. That is not the ticket shop of Feyenoord, Sparta Rotterdam, Ajax, PSV, AZ, Twente, Utrecht, Groningen or Go Ahead Eagles. Club cards are requested in the same shop. The business ticketshop and the older shop at tickets.sbvexcelsior.nl are not the home match button. Hospitality, events and Kidsclub de Woudies stay separate. Tickets outside these club channels are not the official path.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on that home match. The next checked home is Utrecht on 13 September 2026 at 12:15 at Stadion Woudestein. Twente follows later on 1 November 2026 at 14:30. The limited singles rule is the club's standing rule, not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the visitor hub before you travel. This is not Feyenoord, Sparta Rotterdam, Ajax, PSV, AZ, Twente, Utrecht, Groningen or Go Ahead Eagles.
