Membership, personalisation and transfers
Access needs a valid ticket or the season ticket. Screenshots are not valid. The club names a physical ticket, a season-ticket card, a valid e-ticket or the official Falkirk FC app. Online home tickets need a Total Tickets account. Without an online account, purchase is in person at the Club Shop. Away fans in home sections are removed by stewards. The Main Stand is home seating with hospitality and media. The North Stand is family seating and the away section in E and F. The Kevin McAllister Stand is home supporters only and unallocated. Stadium parking for home fans is permit only, with no pay-on-the-day spaces. The nearest stations are Falkirk Grahamston, about 25 minutes on foot, and Falkirk High, about 40 minutes on foot. Accessible seats run through laura.craig@falkirkfc.co.uk or 01324 624121. Women's tickets and Fanzone add-ons are not the men's singles path.
Official routes and other offers
Standard home tickets run through the Matchday Guide, the Total Tickets shop on ticket.falkirkfc.co.uk, the phone line 01324 624121 and the Club Shop. The Matchday Guide remains the public information route, not the shop and not the events list. Club Shop hours are Monday 09:30-16:00, Tuesday 11:00-16:00, Wednesday 09:30-16:00, Thursday 09:30-19:00 and Friday 09:30-16:00. Saturday without a home match is 09:30-13:00, Saturday with a home match is 09:30-15:00. Enquiries go to supporterservices@falkirkfc.co.uk. Hospitality stays separate in the Brockville Lounge, 1876 Lounge and boxes. The Fanzone is a matchday add-on for home fans with a valid ticket, not a stadium-tour product. MatchVisit is none of these routes. That is not the ticket shop of Celtic, Rangers, Motherwell, Dundee United or St Johnstone.
Short-notice tickets and buying without membership
Short-notice seats depend on the fixture. Returned season-ticket seats go on sale at 11:00 two days before each home match according to the Matchday Guide. The next listed home on 8 September 2026 was Falkirk against Heart of Midlothian on 15 September 2026 at 19:45 at Falkirk Stadium. The Rangers home match on 2 September 2026 has been played. Dates can still change. That is not a leftover-ticket promise. MatchVisit does not read the shop. Check the Matchday Guide before you travel. This is not Celtic Park, Ibrox or Fir Park.
